Ready, Set......Vacation!
Well. My Passport arrived today. It's the first time that I've had a Passport. (Christ, Kristine is on her 3rd one!) In just 3 weeks, we leave for a fun filled, week long trip to the Dominican Republic. I can't wait! I want to kayak around the shore where we will be staying. My only fear, is that I'll daydream, look back and NOT see the Dominican Republic anymore! Oh well, It will just be a lot of paddling to Miami!
On a more important note. I asked Kristine to marry me this past Saturday. (She said yes!) We have set a date of 15 September 2007. More to follow!

Don't feel bad, Mike--you may very well be the first member of our immediate family to have a passport! LOL To quote Lucy's Mother,"I have never been any further west than Youngstown, Ohio."...so I would definitely be excited! You so deserve this vacation...both of you! What a great way to celebrate your engagement. Tom and I look forward to taking you guys to dinner as soon as you return!
